Praxis Ethos

Leadership rooted in values, not noise

Purpose through practice. Work that lasts.

Praxis Ethos exists for people who are done with noise.

The constant grind.

The performative networking.

The pressure to market harder, work longer and shout louder, while slowly burning out.

This work is for people who have done everything they were told to do and still feel like they’re going backwards, and are quietly asking whether this is really what success was meant to feel like.

This is not about motivation or quick wins.

It’s about the quieter work, done consistently, that carries you through challenge, shapes your decisions, and allows you to contribute with integrity when it matters most.

We believe leadership isn’t about volume or visibility.

It’s about clarity, discipline and doing the work that actually matters.

There are no shortcuts here.
But there is a better way.

Praxis Ethos is built on a simple idea.

Purpose only means something when it’s lived, not talked about, not branded, practised.

The work currently sits across:

  • Coaching — space to think clearly, tell the truth about where you are, and rebuild how you work in a way that lasts

  • Mentoring — grounded perspective, challenge and reflection drawn from lived experience

  • Consulting — supporting purpose-driven organisations to align how they operate with what they stand for

Alongside this work, Praxis Ethos is gradually developing:

  • Journals and tools to support reflective practice

  • A podcast exploring purpose, discipline and doing the work properly

  • Wellbeing work and facilitated conversations for organisations

These support the work.

They don’t compete with it.

If any of this resonates, you’re very welcome to start with a thoughtful conversation.
